He is produced in Montreal by members of a social integration organization and 10% of the profits from the sale of this product are donated to UNICEF. Monsieur Tsé Tsé complies with CE safety requirements for products meant for children under 36 months. He lives in an adorable cardboard house decorated by Isabelle Arsenault, a Quebec illustrator. Oh, and he’s very soft!
